Whilst we hope you love our products as much as we do, you may cancel your order for any reason within seven (7) days of you receiving your products.
 
If you wish to cancel your order before the products have been dispatched, you may do so by contacting us and you will get your money back. When you cancel after the order has been dispatched it will be treated as a return (see below).
 
Should you wish to cancel an order for a customised product for any reason, our usual policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

Please tell us before you send an item back. We’ll either tell you that we will collect it from you or that you can post it back to us.  

2 Package ready to post
It is your responsibility to take good care of the product and ensure it is well-packaged and ready to be returned to us in one piece! The original packaging should also be returned.

3 Send back Where we are not arranging to collect the item from you, please arrange insurance and proof of delivery as Home Contrast can not be responsible for goods that are not received by us or for goods damaged in return.
