Ownership & Risk

We will retain the ownership of the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us and ownership of the products will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Any risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. In the very unlikely event that your order is "lost in the post", please contact us and we will undertake a thorough investigation as to how and why the item has been lost, and we will once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will refund your money in full.

Home Contrast will not be held responsible for goods damaged on return.
