Order acceptance Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement detailing the products that you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Home Contrast. Before your order can be accepted payment will be taken. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Home Contrast accepts your order when we dispatch the goods. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person. |
