You can choose the delivery address for your order, making sending a gift or having products delivered to work easy! Delivery charges vary depending on the items ordered. This will be clearly shown to you in your shopping basket before you make payment. Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. We currently do not ship to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland (postcodes BT), Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – (postcodes IM, TR21-25), PO Box addresses or outside the UK. How your products will be delivered… We use Royal Mail for smaller orders and couriers (usually Parcel Force) for large or physically heavy orders. Method of delivery will be e-mailed to you. Usually someone will need to sign to accept delivery. Each time an attempt is made and not one is in to accept delivery, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. You will need to follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. We deliver between Monday and Friday. |
